黑液气化联合合成二甲醚的效益分析

摘　　要：黑液气化联合合成二甲醚,是消除黑液污染,并使之转化为液体燃料的一种黑液处理新方法。本文描述黑液气化联合合成二甲醚的生产结构,进行二甲醚的生产效益分析,结果表明:配套30万t/a纸浆厂,年产二甲醚87200t,年回收NaOH96792.45t和Na2S41598.00t,合计年生产成本46862.16万元。年销售金额60814.09万元,年利润为13951.93万元。Black liquor gasification combined with synthesis of dimethyl ether, is a new treating method to eliminate the black liquor pollutants, at the same times, make the pollutants convert into liquid fuels. The production structure of the black liquor gasification combined synthesis of dimethyl ether was described in this paper, and the benefit of production of dimethyl ether was analyzed. The results show that for a pulp mill annual output of 300,000 tons, the annual output of dimethyl ether is 87,200 tons, combined with an annual recovery of NaOH 96,792.45 tons and Na2S 41,598 tons. The total cost of the total annual production is 468,621,600 yuan, and the total annual sales amount is 608,140,900 yuan. By the calculation, the total annual profit is 139,519,300 yuan.
