摘　　要：真空圆网生活用纸纸机具有结构简单、占地面积小、车速高、能耗低、抄造定量范围广、成纸质量高等特点,在生活用纸的生产企业有着大量的应用。其中流浆箱是真空圆网成形器的关键设备,其设计及制造质量关系到成纸的品质。本文就真空圆网生活用纸纸机流浆箱的结构与设计进行了阐述。The vacuum cylinder mould former was embodied with characteristics of simple and compact structure, high operational speed, low power consumption, wide range of basis weight, better quality of finished products, which was largely applied to tissue paper machines. Among all the parts of the vacuum cylinder mould former, headbox has always been a key part, the designing and manufacturing quality of which are highly related with the quality of finished paper. In this article was introduced the structure and design of the headbox for vacuum cylinder mould tissue paper machines.
