摘 要:ADC发泡剂缩合废水属于高浓度氨氮废水,含有大量的生物难降解物质及生物毒性物质.采用吹脱法考察了pH值、温度、曝气量和曝气气体对氨氮去除率的影响,并在此基础上引入超声波技术处理废水,实验结果表明在pH为10,温度为30℃,超声功率为400W,曝气量1.0L.min-1条件下,超声吹脱处理180min后氨氮的去除率达到92%以上.ADC foaming agent condensation water belongs to high concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater and particularly contains a large amount of refractory material and biological organisms toxic substances.According to this characteristic,experiments of removal of ammonia nitrogen from wastewater by stripping were carried out,influencing factors on the removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen including pH value,temperature,air flow rate and aeration gas were investigated.On this basis,the application of ultrasound to wastewater treatment was studied.The results indicated that the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reached 92% under the optimal conditions as pH 10,temperature 30 ℃,air flow rate 1.0 L·min-1,ultrasonic power 400 W and ultrasound stripping times of 180 min.
