摘 要:硅烷憎水剂防腐是钢筋混凝土防护技术的一种,已经在许多工程上得到应用;但在硅烷憎水剂的研究和应用过程中出现了意见分歧.文章总结了这些分歧并进行了探讨.首先,在介绍硅烷憎水剂的防护机理及其在国内外应用现状的基础上,结合以往研究和实际工程应用,分析了使用硅烷憎水剂的混凝土结构在抗光老化、表面憎水性、抗氯离子渗透、抗冻融和抗碳化等方面表现出的耐久性问题;然后,探讨了施工过程中,混凝土表面的潮湿程度、涂装前混凝土表面碳化层和水泥浆的打磨处理、环境温度和风速等因素对涂装效果的影响;最后,提出了今后需进一步研究的重点内容.Reinforced concrete may be corroded in chloride ion environment which will be a danger to structures safety. Silane hydrophohic agent is a kind of agent to protect the reinforced concrete. This technology has been applied to many projects. But during the application of the agent, differences are reflected. There is a divergence of views, and the divergence is summar/zed and discussed in this study. The protective mechanism and the application status at home and abroad of the silane hydrophobic agent are introduced. According to previous researches and engineering applications, the differences on concrete durability using the silane hydrophobic agent such as the anti- aging, hydrophobicity, resistance to chloride ion penetration, anti-carbonation and freeze-thaw resistance are analyzed. During construction, influence factors including concrete surface moisture, grinding of carbonized layer and slurry, environmental temperature and wind velocity are discussed too. Finally, the continuous researches on application of the silane hydrophobic agent to reinforced concrete must be carried out, especially on its durability and suitable scale by action of various environmental factors.
