摘　　要：近年来,随着空间信息技术、移动互联网和3G移动通讯技术的迅速发展,使得在移动终端进行地理信息应用成为可能。移动GIS是目前地理信息系统发展的代表方向之一,是可以运行在嵌入式计算机系统及移动终端上高度浓缩、高度精简的GIS软件系统,是继桌面GIS、WEBGIS之后又一新的地理信息系统应用模式。本文根据OpenGIS技术规范,结合系统应用实例,简述移动GIS系统的架构设计与功能实现。With the rapid development of mobile Internet and 3G mobile communication technology, it becomes possible to run geography applications on mobile terminal. Mobile GIS is one of the application areas of geographic information system. It is highly concentrated, highly streamlined GIS running on embedded system and mobile ter- minal. According to the technical specification of OpenGIS, combined with the examples of system application, this paper birefly discusses the architecture design and function implementation of the mobile GIS.
