摘  要:ARM11核心板属于高速电路板,在设计中分析信号完整性问题是不可避免的。借助基于有限元方法的AnsoftSIwave仿真软件对ARM11核心板的关键信号线进行反射和串扰的仿真,使反射产生的过冲幅值和串扰幅值分别控制在驱动电压的10%和5%以内。在采取抑制措施后,过冲幅值从897 mV降至90 mV,串扰幅值从462 mV降至78 mV。仿真结果表明:反射和串扰对信号的影响明显减小,有限元数值计算方法能有效地解决高速电路板的信号完整性问题。ARM11 core board belongs to high-speed circuit board, and during the design, analysis of the signal integrity problems are inevitable. The reflection and crosstalk of key signals in ARM11 core board is simulated by means of Ansoft SIwave based on FEM, in order to control the overshoot amplitude produced by the reflection and crosstalk amplitude respectively within 10% and 5% of the drive voltage. After taking suppression measures, the o- vershoot amplitude is reduced from 897 mV to 90 mV, crosstalk amplitude is reduced from 462 mV to 78 mV. The simulation results indicate that the impact of reflection and crosstalk on signal carl be significantly reduced, and the finite element numerical calculation method can effectively solve the signal integrity problems of high-speed circuit board.
