摘　　要：阐述了大庆石化公司塑料厂纯净水瓶盖专用树脂HDPE5603JP的生产与应用过程,对新产品的生产工艺路线、产品质量进行分析与测试。通过在杭州农夫山泉公司、金富公司的加工试验表明,该树脂能够满足用户对气味、加工性的要求。This paper expounded the production and application process of pure water bottle cap-used special resin HDPE5603JP of Daqing Petrochemical Company Plastics Plant. Analysis and test have been made to the production process route and quality of this new product. The processing test in Hangzhou Nongfu Spring Company and Jinfu Company showed that this new resin can meet the users ’ requirement on odor and processability.
