摘　　要：阐述了PAF-01型低温高活性铁基合成氨催化剂的生产、评价以及在石家庄正元化肥有限公司JR型合成塔工业应用情况。结果表明,采用熔融法生产含稀土的催化剂在159℃起活,正常运行活性达到11.6%,满足装置要求,表现出较好低温活性,单塔产量可以达到50kt/a,为企业创造较好的经济效益。This paper introduced the production , evaluation of PAF-01 type low-temperature , high-activity iron-based ammonia synthesis catalyst and its industrial application in JR type synthetic tower of Shijiazhuang Zhengyuan chemical fertilizer Co. , Ltd.Results showd that , by using the melting method for production of catalyst containing rare earth and activating at 159 ℃,normal activity reached 11.6% and met the requirements of the plant,it showed a good low temperature activity,and single tower production can reach 50 kt/a,and this created good economic benefits for the enterprise.
