摘　　要：文中分析了某化肥厂空气压缩机运行周期短、频繁发生喘振的原因。并针对故障原因,采取了相应的技术改造方案,对段间水冷器冷却水线、低压缸叶轮进行了技术改造,解决了压缩机频繁发生喘振问题。This paper analyzed the causes for short operation cycle and frequent surges of the air compressor of a chemical fertilizer plant. Aiming at the causes for the faults , technical modification scheme was adopted , technical modification was made to inter-stage water cooler cooling water pipeline and low pressure cylinder impellor , and the problem of frequent surges of the compressor has been solved.
