摘　　要：某炼油厂的重油催化裂化装置上配套的中压余热锅炉由于存在设计缺陷,导致锅炉热效率低,影响装置的经济效益。针对该锅炉过热能力不足和排烟温度偏高的问题,实施了技术改进措施,收到实际节能效果,提高了装置的经济效益。The design defect existed in medium-pressure waste heat boiler equipped for Heavy Oil Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit of a refinery caused the boiler has a lower heat efficiency , which affected the economic benefit of the unit. Regarding the problems of insufficient superheating capacity of the boiler and a little high flue gas temperature , the technical improvement measure was proposed and implemented , actual energy-saving effect was obtained and economic benefit of the unit was increased.
