摘 要:DCS(Distributed Control Systems)系统目前已广泛应用于流程工业,在石油化工、电力等行业的发展都起到了重要的推进作用.其"分散控制,集中管理"的核心思想也被众多过程控制行业利用与发展.然而,受到被控对象规模庞大,生产原料与设备维护,过程对象中存在高温、高压的危险等问题,使得高校针对DCS系统与过程控制相结合的实验教学难以开展.本文介绍一种采用半实物仿真技术,将硬件控制系统与工业现场仿真模型相结合的DCS系统实验平台,既可实现对DCS系统与过程控制系统的实验教学,也可为先进过程控制研究等问题带来验证环境,不断缩进实验室与工厂之间的距离.DCS(Distributed Control Systems), which can advance the development of the petrochemical and electric power industries, has been widely applied in process industry. Its core thought, distributed control, centralized management, is al- so being used and developed in many process control industry. However, because of the problems, such as the controlled ob- ject size, raw material and equipment maintenance and the risk of high temperature and high pressure in process object, thus the experiment teaching aiming at the combination of DCS system and process control is difficult to carry out. This paper in- troduces a kind of DCS development platform, which combine the hardware control system and the simulation model using the hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology. This work not only can realize the experimental teaching of DCS and process control system, but also can provide verification environment for advanced process control research. Finally the distance between the lab and factory will be indented constantly.
