Response of Seedling Stage Alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.) to Topsoil Substituted Material Improved by Humic Acid in Open Pit Mine Area

摘  要:为给表土缺乏地区提供科学可靠的表土替代材料,针对呼和浩特露天矿当地地质和环境特征,在盆栽条件下,研究不同浓度的腐殖酸改良表土替代材料(深层土壤)后对紫花苜蓿苗期生长性能及抗逆性的影响。结果表明:改良后的表土替代材料对紫花苜蓿株高、根长、生物量等生长性能有显著的促进作用;同时显著提高紫花苜蓿苗期叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,添加少量(0.05%)腐殖酸可显著降低苜蓿叶片细胞膜透性,从而提高紫花苜蓿的抗逆性。综合来看,经腐殖酸改良后的表土替代材料可以显著提高紫花苜蓿抗逆性并促进其生长;在表土替代材料中腐殖酸添加量为0.05%时改良效果最好。Aiming to provide the scientific reliable substituted material for topsoil in the deficient topsoil area,the improvement effects of the topsoil substituted material (deep soil) with different concentrations of humic acid on the growth performance and stress resistance of the seedling stage alfalfa were analyzed in the geological and environmental characteristic of open pit mine in Hohhot under potted conditions.The results showed that the growth performance of alfalfa,such as plant height,root length and biomass,was significantly promoted by the improved topsoil substituted material,and the stress resistance of alfalfa,such as the SOD,CAT,POD activities and cell membrane permeability,was improved.The 0.05 % dosage of humic acid had the best performance for the improved topsoil substituted material.
