刺五加多糖对小鼠淋巴细胞转化率及外周血淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：为研究刺五加多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响,提取刺五加多糖,分25、50、100mg/kg 3个不同剂量给小鼠灌胃,观察其对小鼠脾指数、脾淋巴细胞增殖指数、淋巴细胞转化率和外周血淋巴细胞亚群的影响。结果显示,与对照组(灌服生理盐水)相比,刺五加多糖各剂量组均可极显著提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.01);小鼠脾指数均极显著增加(P<0.01);高剂量组小鼠CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+比值极显著提高(P<0.01)。结果表明,刺五加多糖可以促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖,提高CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+的比值,且效果与灌服药物剂量呈正相关。To investigate the effects of Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide on mice immunological function,the polysaccharides were extracted and the mice were fed by intra gastric admini stration with three different doses（25,50,100 mg/kg）.The spleen index,spleen lymphocyte proliferation index,lymphocyte transformation rate and lymphocyte subsets were calculated and the results showed that Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide improved mice lymphocyte transformation rate （P＜0.01） in all these dose groups,the proliferation index of mice spleen cells had a significant increase （P＜0.01）.Accompanied with the increasing of dose,the ratio between CD3＋CD4＋ and CD3＋ CD8＋ increased （P＜0.01）.Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide improved the mice immunologic function by promoting the proliferation of mice spleen cells and increasing the ratio of CD3＋ CD4＋/CD3＋ CD8＋ of lymphocyte subsets,positively correlated to drug dose.
