中原经济区农区新型农业现代化发展的思路与对策

摘　　要：为了更好地在中原经济区农区发展新型农业现代化,对中原经济区农区范围进行了界定,并明确阐述了新型农业现代化的内涵和特色,深刻分析了河南省农区新型农业现代化发展的主要限制因素,提出河南省农区新型农业现代化发展的"全链条、育集群、高定位、强支撑、创品牌、拓功能"的总体思路、对策和建议。In order to advance the development of new style agricultural modernization in the agricultural region of Central Plains Economic Zone,this paper gave a clear definition of agricultural region of Central Plains Economic Zone as well as a clear connotation and features of new style agricultural modernization,and deeply analyzed the main factors that limitted the new style agricultural modernization in the agricultural region of Central Plains Economic Zone.This pqper put forward the overall idea of ＂complete industrial chain,cultivating industrial cluster,high standard,strong support,creating brand and expanding functions＂ as well as countermeasures and proposals for the development of new style agricultural modernization in the agricultural region of Central Plains Economic Zone.
