河南省新型农村社区建设的产业发展模式及保障措施——以社旗县吴氏营社区为例

摘　　要：新型农村社区建设是新型城镇化的重要组成部分,是统筹城乡协调发展的重要举措。产业支撑是新型农村社区建设的基础,强化产业支撑是推动新型农村社区发展的关键。以社旗县吴氏营社区为例,探讨了以农业资源为主的社区产业发展模式,即以农业为基础,以农产品和劳动力资源为纽带,培育壮大粮食种植业、林果苗木业、生态养殖业、蔬菜种植业、商贸物流业、观光旅游业,走出一条"三产"融合发展的新道路,并提出了促进社区产业发展的土地、资金、政策等方面的保障措施,以期为河南省新型农村社区产业发展提供参考和借鉴。The construction of new rural communities is an important part of the new urbanization,which is also an important measure for the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Industry support is the foundation of new rural community construction,and strengthening industry support is the key to promote the development of new rural communities.Taking Wushiying community in Sheqi county as an example,this paper explored the development model of community industry：taking agriculture as the foundation,taking agricultural products and labor resources as the link,developing a new way to promote the integration development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries through cultivating and strengthening the grain growing industry,fruit nursery stock industry,ecological livestock breeding,vegetable growing industry,commercial and logistics industry and tourist industry.Finally,this paper put forward the measures that could promote the development of the community industry from various aspects of land,capital,policy and so on.
