基于专业化程度视角的农民职业分化微观差异分析——以河北省为例

摘　　要：农民的职业分化对于促进农业现代化和国家现代化发展具有重要的意义。对河北省所有地市农村地区进行调研,利用调查数据对专业农民、兼业农民和专职从事非农职业的农民这3类群体,在个体特征、家庭特征、就业状况和生活状况等方面进行比较,以期为合理引导我国农民进行职业分化提供依据。结果表明,农民的职业分化受各种因素的共同影响,职业分化程度不同的农民,其就职行业和生活状况及满意度也存在较为明显的差异。要促进农民就职的专业化,需要不断提高农民自身素质,并根据不同特征群体的特点对其进行合理引导,使农民逐步走向农业专业化及非农职业专业化。The farmer occupational differentiation has important significance for promoting the modernization of agriculture and country.In order to provide basis for reasonably guiding farmers occupational differentiation,the survey data from the rural areas in Hebei province were used to analyze the individual characteristics,family characteristics,working characteristics and life situation among the three types of farmers,professional farmers,part-time farmers and full-time nonagricultural farmers.The results showed that farmers occupational differentiation was affected by a variety of factors together.Farmers of different occupational differentiation degree had.clear difference in their inaugural industry,living conditions and living satisfaction.So,in order to promote the occupational specialization of farmers,farmers＇ own qualities need to be constantly improved,and the government should carry on the guide rationally according to the characteristics of different groups,so that the farmers gradually move towards the occupational specialization.
