超短波治疗特勤人员慢性前列腺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超短波治疗特勤人员慢性前列腺炎的临床价值。方法 82例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组患者41例,仅采用激光介入照射联合抗生素进行治疗;研究组患者41例,在应用激光介入照射联合抗生素进行治疗的基础上辅以超短波治疗。结果研究组治愈显效率达到87.8%,明显优于对照组治愈显效率39.0%,经SPSS 16.0版软件包进行统计分析,两组间差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在激光介入照射联合抗生素基础上辅以超短波治疗特勤人员慢性前腺炎,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrashort wave to treat chronic prostatitis in special-duty staff. Methods 82 cases with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into research group and control group.The 41 patients in the control group were just given laser radiation combined with antibiotic treatment;The 41 patients in the research group were given, besides laser radiation combined with antibiotic therapy, ultrashort wave therapy.Results The cure efficiency of the research group was 87.8%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 39.0%.Alter statistical analysis of SPSS 16.0 version sottware package, the differences between the two groups were of high statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusion On the basis of laser radiation combined with antibiotic treatment, ultrashort wave therapy has remarkable clinical effect on chronic prostatitis, which is worth clinical promotion.
