颈肩腰腿痛专病疗养的调查分析研究

摘　　要：目的研究颈肩腰腿痛专病疗养措施的科学性、合理性,为不断提高疗养效果提供依据。方法选择来临潼疗养院疗养的颈肩腰腿痛专病疗养人员30名,采用自然疗养因子、物理治疗、景观、健康教育、有氧运动等综合疗养措施,进行调查、量表检测和评估疗养效果。结果颈肩腰腿痛专病疗养人员疾病种类较多,多伴有慢性疾病,且对疗养抱有很大希望,希望通过专病疗养解决疾病情况;疗养人员对颈肩腰腿痛相关医学基础知识认识不够准确;疗养效果评价的结果为颈肩腰腿痛的相关症状得到改善,对疾病基础知识的认识也有所提高。结论人员选择要符合疗养适应证,针对不同颈肩腰腿痛人员疗养应该采取个性化疗养方式,改变不良的生活习惯,加强相关医学知识的普及。Objective To study the scientificalness and rationality of special rehabilitation measures for pain in neck, shoulder, waist and lower extremities so as to provide reference for improving rehabilitation effect. Methods 30 convalescents with pain in neck, shoulder, waist and lower extremities at Lintong sanatorium for special rehabilitation were selected and treated with comprehensive rehabilitation mea- sures such as natural convalescent factors, physical therapy, landscapes, health education, and aerobic exercise, then were investigated and scale-measured to evaluate the rehabilitation effect. Results People with pain in neck, shoulder, waist and lower extremities for special re- habilitation usually have some other chronic diseases in great hope that their diseases can be solved through special rehabilitation.However, their awareness of the basic medical knowledge of pain in neck, shoulder, waist and lower extremities is not accurate enough.The results of rehabilitation effect show that the symptoms of pain in neck, shoulder, waist and lower extremities as well as the awareness of basic medi- cal knowledge of the disease have improved.Conclusion Personal choices should conform to the special rehabilitation.Different people with pain in neck, shoulder, waist and lower extremities should be given individualized rehabilitation approach to change their bad living habits and strengthen their medical knowledge.
