中医特色护理在老年预防保健中的实践研究

摘　　要：目的通过在老年人群中运用中医特色护理,探索出一套先进可行、易于推广、特色鲜明、经济适用,可提升老年健康水平和生活质量的中医特色老年护理模式,以适应21世纪全球老龄化社会的发展需求。方法从中医特色护理原则、内容、方法等进行总结分析,客观评价中医特色护理在老年预防保健方面的作用和优势。结果在老年人群中实施中医特色护理方法,顺应了目前人们崇尚自然疗法、治未病和预防为主的健康理念,同时中医护理方法内涵丰富,具有价廉物美、疗效明显、可操作性强等特点,深受老年人的欢迎和喜爱。结论中医特色老年护理模式是在中医整体观念和辨证施护理论的指导下,以预防保健养生为原则,针对老年人体质和需求采取不同的护理措施和方法,是适合中国国情的养老护理模式。Objective To explore a set of Chinese medicine characterized nursing for the aged which is advanced, feasible, distinctive, affordable to raise their health level and living quality so as to adapt to the development demand of global aging society in the 21th century. Methods Chinese medicine characterized nursing principles, contents, and methods were summarized and analyzed to objectively assess the functions and advantages of Chinese medicine characterized nursing in the aged prevention and healthcare. Results Chinese medicine char- acterized nursing for the aged was in accordance with the present health concept of naturopathy, preventive treatment of disease, and preven- tion first, meanwhile, Chinese medicine characterized nursing was rich in connotation, high quality with low cost, remarkable curative effect, and strong maneuverability, which was preferred by the aged.Conclusion Chinese medicine characterized nursing for the aged is directed by the holism concept of traditional Chinese medical science and syndrome differentiation, with prevention and healthcare in the first place, for different body constitution and demand, which is suitable for China national condition.
