摘 要:本文综述了奖赏回路在中医情志病研究中所扮演的角色。目前中医治疗情志疾病主要涉及到奖赏回路海马体的单胺类神经递质和氨基酸类神经递质改变,尚缺乏对整个回路各脑区的神经递质、神经调质的系统研究。研究层面也主要是行为学、神经生物学,而分子生物学研究较少。所选动物模型多为抑郁、愤怒模型,而对喜和思则研究较少。前瞻以中医整体观为指导思想,研究中医治疗对奖赏回路各节点各神经递质联动调控的分子机制,将具重要意义。The paper summarizes the role that reward circuits play in TCM treating emotional diseases.At present, Chinese traditional treatment for emotional diseases mainly involve in the content alteration of monoamine neurotransmitter and amino acid neurotmnsmitters in hippocampus of reward circuits, still in lack of a systemic study of the neurotransmitters and neuromodulator in the whole circuit of brain areas.Previous study primarily employs approaches of behavioristics and neurobiology,but rarely molecular biology.Animal models are mainly in depression and anger but not in happiness and pensiveness.Prospectively with the guiding ideology of TCM holistie view, it is truly significant to study the linkage molecular mechanism of the various neurotransmitter nodes in the reward circuits by means of Chinese traditional treatment.
