摘　　要：:目的 :比较国产氨舒钠 (ASN)和进口优力新 (ULX)制剂 (均由氨苄西林 (AMP)与舒巴坦 (SBT)以 2 :1比例组成 )对细菌β -内酰胺酶的稳定性 ,并检测SBT对 β -内酰胺酶的抑制作用。方法 :用紫外分光光度计测定酶对抗生素的水解率 ,并计算SBT的抑酶率。结果 :8种细菌 β -内酰胺酶对ASN和ULX的水解率 (5 15 %～ 7 5 9% )明显低于单用AMP的平均相对水解率31 13 % (P <0 0 5 ) ,而与IMI和CTX相当。以AMP(0 1mmol/L)为底物 ,发现SBT(0 0 6～ 5 μg/ml)对 4种 β -内酰胺酶的平均抑制率与药物浓度间呈显著的直线相关性 (γ =0 9943)。结论Aim:To detect the β-lactamase-inbibiting activities of SBT,and the stability of ampicillin/sylbactam preparation to β-lactamase of bacteria.Methods:The inhibitory action of SBT on β-lactamase from standard β-lactamase-producing strains and clinical isolates was determined by ultraviolet spectropotometer.Results:The average hydrolysis rate(AHR) of AMP by eight kinds of β-lactamase was 31.13%,the combination of AMP and SBT could make the AHR drop to 5.15%～7.59%(P<0.05).When AMP was used as the substrate,SBT exhibited stronger inhibitory action on β-lactamase,and the linear relationship existed between β-lactamase-inhibiting rates and the concentrations(0.06～5μg/ml) of SBT(γ=0.9943).Conclusion:The synergism of AMP/SBT against bacteria may be duo to β-lactamase-inhibiting activities of SBT.
