前列腺素E_1与包醛氧淀粉在治疗慢性肾功能不全中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨前列腺素E1(PGE1)与包醛氧淀粉在治疗慢性肾功能不全 (CRI)中的作用。方法 :78例CRI患者随机分成治疗组 (39例 )和对照组 (39例 )两组 ,对照组进行常规疗法及包醛氧淀粉治疗 ,每次 5～ 10g,每日 3～ 4次 ,疗程为 4wk ,治疗组在上述疗法基础上加用PGE110 0～ 2 0 0 μg于 5 %糖盐水或 0 9%生理盐水 2 5 0～ 5 0 0ml中静脉滴注 ,每天 1次。观测治疗前后血尿素氮 (Bun)、血肌酐 (Scr)、内生肌酐清除率 (Ccr)、血红蛋白 (Hb)的变化。结果 :治疗 4wk后治疗组临床症状明显改善 ,治疗组较对照组的血Bun、Scr明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而Ccr、Hb明显升高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论Objective:To investigate the effect of prostaglandin-E 1(PGE 1)and Oxyamyli aldehydum tectum in the treatment for chronic renal insufficiency(CRI).Methods:choose 78 patients and devide them into 2 teams at random.the treatment time is 4weeks.Both treatment team and control team are given Oxyamli aldehydum tectum 5～10g tid or qid and normal treatment.Treatment team is additionaly given PGE 1 100～500ml ivgtt qd.Research the changes of Blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (Scr) endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) and haemoglobin (Hb) before and after the treatment.Results:After 4weeks,treatment team's clinical symptoms obviously ameliorate.Contrast to control team,treatment team's BUN and Scr drop(P<0 05,P<0 01),Ccr and Hb rise (P<0.05).Conclusion:PGE 1 Oxyamyli aldehydum tectum in the treatment for CRI have significant recent effect.
