摘  要:为研究斑海豹生长规律,达到科学饲养的目的,对大连圣亚旅游控股股份有限公司豢养斑海豹进行体检,获取动物性别、年龄、体质量和体长等信息;通过SPSS 13.0软件对动物的生长曲线、体长—体质量关系和雌雄间生长差异进行分析。试验共获得30头豢养斑海豹的体检数据,雌性11头,雄性19头。统计分析发现:logistic、Gompertz和von Bertalanffy三种模型回归的斑海豹最大体长、体质量依次为167、170、171cm和153、175、191kg;体质量—体长关系为m=44.02L0.258,r2=0.908;研究还发现体长—年龄、体质量—体长间的相关关系模型能够较准确的反映斑海豹的生长规律,而体质量—年龄模型准确度较差。控制年龄的协方差分析未发现雌雄斑海豹生长规律间的差异(体长:P>0.05;体质量:P>0.05)。The spotted seals Phoca largha kept in Dalian Sun Asia Tourism Holding Co. , Ltd. were examined to get their body measurement parameters including gender, age, body mass and body length, for the purpose of animals' scientific feeding. Analysis of growth curve, body mass-length relationship and male-female growth deviation were then conducted using software SPSS 13.0. Data of 30 individuals were got, including 11 females and 19 males. Results showed that the asymptotic values of the curves describing body length and body mass were 167 cm, 170 cm and 171 cm, and 153 kg, 175 kg and 191 kg, using logistic, Gompertz, and yon Bertalanffy model, respectively. The relationship of body mass-length is derived as m=44.02L^0.258 (r^2 = 0. 908) by regression analysis. Results also showed that the relationship models of body length-age and body mass-length could both describe the growth curve accurately, but the model of body mass-age was poor accurate. No differential growth was found between males and females by age control covariance analysis (body length: P〉0.05 ; body mass: P〉0.05).
