摘　　要：目的　探索有效治疗门静脉高压症食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的手术方法。方法　 2 5例门静脉高压症患者施行食管下段上半胃切除 ,特别强调必须切除上半胃 ,去除胃体胃底病灶。结果　手术成功率 10 0 % ,再出血率 0 % ,其中急诊手术 9例 ,肝功能Child’s分级C级 8例 ,年龄 >70岁 3例 ,无手术死亡。结论　联合断流术治疗门静脉高压症食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血比贲门周围血管离断术更为合理。Objective To evaluate the effect of the surgical procedure for the treatment of portal hypertensive variceal bleeding. Methods Distal esophaectomy and proximal half-gastrectomy devascularization were done in 25 patients suffering from variceal bleeding.Results The success rate of surgery was 100%,varix re-bleeding was 0%,emergency operation in 9 cases.Liver function of Child's class C in 8 cases,over 70 years old patients were in 3 cases.There was no operative mortality.Conclusions The combined procedure is better than traditional pericardiac vascular disconnection in the prevention of postoperative gastroesophageal variceal bleeding
