摘　　要：本文针对换热站控制系统进行了研究,开发设计了一套基于西门子Climatix控制器组成的换热站自动控制系统。该系统对换热站的一次网、二次网系统和补水系统进行实时的数据采集和控制,并利用站内接入的有线通讯设备将运行数据和运行情况远传到热网监控系统,通过SCADA系统实现对换热站的远程监控。经过实际运行验证,该控制系统达到了调节温度和恒定压力的目的,提高了控制精度和稳定性。In the view of heat-exchange station control system for the research, this paper develops and designs a set of heat-exchange station automatic control system based on Siemens Climatix controller. The system achieves the first-net, the second-net system and water supply system of heat-exchange station for real-time data acquisition and control, and using in station access cable communication equipment to monitor the run data and operation far from heat supply network monitoring system. Then the system uses the SCADA system to realize the remote monitoring heat exchange station .The practical operation results show that the system has achieved the purpose of adjust temperature and constant pressure, and improved the control accuracy and stability.
