清热解毒片联合盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察清热解毒片联合盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法回顾性收集本院接收的寻常性痤疮患者80例,按治疗方法分为治疗组与对照组各40例;治疗组口服清热解毒片、盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊,外涂5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶;对照组口服盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊,外涂5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶。结果患者在用药6周之后,治疗组26例痊愈,总有效率92.5%,对照组17例痊愈,总有效率77.5%,两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),全部患者的肝功能、尿常规以及血常规等没有发生显著变化。结论对患有寻常性痤疮的患者使用盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊联合清热解毒片进行治疗,在外用内服的双重作用下,显效快且疗效显著,该方法简单易行,副作用少,值得在临床上大力推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Qingre Jiedu Tablets combined with doxycycline hyclate enteric-coated capsules on curing acne vulgaris. Methods 80 patients suffered from acne vulgaris will be studied and di- vided into two groups with the same number： Treatment group and Control group; The former group takes Qingrejiedu tab- lets and doxycycline hyclate enteric-coated capsules as well as 5% benzoyl peroxide gel for external use, while the latter u- ses the same medicine of the former except Qingrejiedu tablets. Results 6 weeks later, based on little significant change in the test of liver function, blood and urine, 26 people in treatment group are cured, and the total effective rate of the treatment group is 92.5% , whereas only 17 persons recover in the other group accounting for 77.5%. There is significant difference on statistics （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The result reveals that Qingre Jiedu Tablets, doxyeyeline hyclate en teric-coated capsules and drugs for external use have great positive effect on the disease. Moreover, the treatment is quite easy and feasible without side effect. Therefore, the author suggests that it should be worth to promoting and applying.
