摘  要:目的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定小儿肺热咳喘口服液中绿原酸与木犀草苷含量。方法采用ODS色谱柱,室温下,以乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸(B)为流动相直线梯度洗脱:0 min(A:10%;B:90%),30 min(A:30%;B:70%),流速0.9 mL/min,检测波长为327 nm。结果绿原酸和木犀草苷浓度分别在4.0~40.0μg/mL和0.46~4.6μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为98.6%和98.2%。结论本方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,可用于小儿肺热咳口服液的质量控制。Objective To determination of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin in Xiao' er Feire Kechuau oral liquid by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods Chromatogaphic analysis was perfurmed on ODS column with the room temperature. The mobile phase was acetonitrile(A) and 0.1% phosphoric acid(B) and the linear gradient mode was arranged as follows:0 min(A:10% ;B:90% ), 30 rain(A:30% ;B:70% ) . The flow rate was 0.9 mL rain-1 and the detection wavelength was 327 nm. Results The calibration curves of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin were separately linear in the ranges of 4.0 - 40.0 txg/mL and 0.46 - 4.6 p,g/mL with correlation coefficient 0. 9990. The average re coveries were 98.6% and 98.2%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and reliable. So it can be used as quanti- tative determination for quality control of Xiao' er Feire Kechuan oral liquid.
