摘  要:KONDAr-40000/80000/1513型空分设备是氧气、氮气产品比为1∶2的大型外压缩流程的空分设备。在调试过程中,针对主塔工作异常、精氩无法正常生产、产量及纯度不达标等问题,通过多次调整实验,确定了主冷凝蒸发器的液氧液位,改变了粗氩冷凝器液空液位及V3阀的开度,达到了生产精氩的目的,提高了精氩纯度及产量。The KONDAr -40000/80000/1513 air separation plant is a large air separation plant with external compres- sion and the proportion of oxygen and nitrogen is 1:2. In the 'process of debugging, the liquid oxygen level of main evaporator condenser is determined as well as liquid air level of crude argon condenser is changed and the V3 valve is opened through several times of adjustment and experiments aiming at such problems as the main tower works unusually, pure argon cannot be produced normally as well as the yield and purity cannot be up to the standard. As a result, the pure argon can be pro- duced as well as the yield and purity of it are improved.
