摘　　要：文章介绍了在无缝管生产过程中,如何合理使用CARTA系统的在线工艺参数调整功能,以提高产品的壁厚精度,消除管子的管端增厚现象,进而提高产品质量和产品成材率。In the paper, it is introduced how to utilize reasonable on -line adjustment of process parameters for CARTA system to improve the accuracy of wall thickness for products and eliminate the pipe end upset in productions of seamless tubes so that the quality and yield could be improved.
