摘 要:为了探索一种加固方法能够有效的延长焊接钢吊车梁的疲劳寿命,通过角钢和高强螺栓对腹板及上翼缘进行加固,上翼缘与腹板的局部刚度增加,使得上翼缘变形受偏心荷载的影响减小,偏心侧上翼缘的挠度比加固前减小;通过脉动试验机进行200万次偏心集中荷载作用的加载实验,并对加固前后裂缝尖端主应力的大小及方向的变化分析,可以得出焊接钢吊车梁加固后的梁腹板应力差降低67.3%,偏心荷载产生的拉应力降低86.4%,应力幅降低24.2%。试验也验证了用角钢、高强螺栓对上翼缘及腹板进行加固这种方案的可行性,它延长了焊接钢吊车梁的疲劳使用寿命,对工业厂房中存在的焊接钢吊车梁的加固及维护有很好的指导意义。A strengthening method which can effectively prolong the fatigue life of welded steel crane beam is introduced. Using angle steel and high strength bolts, the web and top flange are rein- forced; the local stiffness of the web and top flange is increased; and the deformation influenced by the eccentric load is reduced. Through 2 million times of eccentric concentrated loading induced by a pulse tester, it was found that after welded, the reinforced steel crane-girder web stress, the ec- centric load due to the tensile stress, and the stress amplitude were reduced by 67.3% , 86.4%, and 24. 2% , respectively. The test also verifies that the strengthening with angle steel and high strength bolts is feasible, and it extends the fatigue life of the cracking steel crane-girder. These re- suits can provide a good guidance on reinforcing and maintaining the cracking steel crane-girder.
