摘　　要：当前我国正处在深化社会改革和经济发展方式转型的重要阶段与关键时期。在高校毕业生人数与日俱增,就业竞争持续激烈这一严峻形势下,大学生在职业定位和职业规划方面呈现出诸多不适,成为社会和高校亟待解决一个问题。加强对大学生精细化的职业指导,从"精"和"细"两个角度入手,将专业化、特色化、人性化和多元化相融合,更有利于大学生树立健康的职业目标,并进行科学的职业生涯规划。Our country is in the important stage and key period of reformation of deepening social and transformation of the economic development mode at present. During the grim situation of growing number of college graduates and fierce employment competition, many students are not suited to the occupation orientation and occupation planning, which is a problem need to solve. Strengthening the college students＇ vocational guidance in fine, starting in two points of essence and careful, integrating the specialization, specialization, humanization and diversification, will be more useful for students to establish healthy occupation target and occupation career planning science.
