摘  要:嵌岩桩因其承载能力高,地质适应性好,在高桩码头中应用越来越广泛。通过调研分析,某码头嵌岩桩决定采用冲击成孔施工工艺。文章详细介绍了冲击式成孔桩锤设计加工、桩机选型、排渣方法、操作流程及实施情况等。该工程实例表明,在风化岩地基条件下采用冲击成孔工艺,节约了施工成本,能够保证工期和质量,可以在类似工程中推广使用。Rock-socketed piles have been widely used in building piled wharfs for their high carrying capacity and good adaptability to geology. Based on the investigation of previous projects, it was decided to use the percussion boreholing tech- nology to build rock-socketed piles for a wharf. This paper introduced the design and manufacture of pile hammers, selection of pile driving machine rigs, debris discharge methods, operation process and implementation of the percussive boreholing technology. The project shows that by using the percussion boreholing technology to build rock-socketed piles, the construc- tion costs were cut down, the construction period was guaranteed and the quality of the works was ensured, which can be used widely in similar projects.
