湖北山区绿色低碳小城镇健康发展的路径初探

摘　　要：首先从当前小城镇发展中存在的问题入手,提出山区小城镇必须走可持续发展的绿色低碳的新型城镇化道路,并通过对湖北山区小城镇发展路径的形成机理和优缺点的分析,认为产业支撑和制度创新是绿色低碳小城镇建设的重要保障,最后结合案例,探讨了山区绿色低碳小城镇路径的推广及配套政策。mote new- wards that Starting from analysis of towns development, the paper first proposes that type urbanization with green and low- carbon, and then analyses towns industrial support and institutional innovation are carbon towns, supporting poli towns in mountain area should pro- in Hubei mountain area, puts for- important guarantee for the construction of green and low- and finally discusses the way to encourage the development of green and low - carbon town and offers some ties.
