摘　　要：在剖析中国贫困村村级发展互助资金产生背景的基础上,梳理了国内关于互助资金的研究,包括互助资金产生的动因、兴起的理据、运行模式、扶贫效果、存在的问题。总的来看,有关互助资金理论基础的讨论仍不够深入,对互助资金治理结构与机制的实证考察还有待提高。今后的理论研究需要进一步引入现代分析工具,如委托代理理论等,而经验研究则需要细致收集数据,运用严谨的计量分析模型对理论假说与命题进行检验。The Village Development Mutual Help Fund Organization in China is a jointed result of Chinese economic and social conditions, the current situation for the rural poverty alleviation and the rural financial market development, meanwhile it has absorbed some knowledge from the theoretical progress in the fields of the anti-poverty, the decentralization and the participation and the rural and micro- finance. In sum, the theoretical studies need to keep matching with the empirical background, and it is expected to enhance the empirical research on its governance structure and mechanism. The future researchers need to introduce the modem theoretical tools such as the principal-agent theory, to collect the data more carefully, and to apply more rigorous econometric models to test the hypothesis.
