摘  要:从经济社会支撑能力、农村经济结构、资源节约利用、环境友好4方面选取23个指标构建两型农业发展水平评价指标体系,运用熵值法对1993—2010年湖南两型农业发展水平进行了定量评价,结果显示:1993—2010年湖南两型农业发展的综合得分基本趋势是不断增加的,表明湖南两型农业得到了一定程度的发展,总体上呈现出了良好的发展势头,但湖南两型农业还处于起步阶段。在湖南两型农业发展过程中,经济社会支撑能力、农村经济结构、资源节约利用子系统对湖南两型农业发展均有不同程度的贡献,其中资源节约利用、经济社会支撑能力子系统是湖南两型农业发展的最主要因素,成效很突出,但环境友好子系统的发展是倒退的。Twenty-three indexes from 4 aspects(sustained development of economy and society, urbanization, resourceconserving, environment-friendly) were used to constructed a index system to evaluate the two types agricultural development. Using the data from 1993 to 2010, this paper made comprehensive evaluation of Hunan modem agriculture with entropy method. The results showed that: from 1993 to 2010, the two types agriculture in Hunan had achieved some progress and on the whole showed a good momentum of development, however, the two types agriculture in Hunan was still in the initial implementation phase. Some subsystems like sustained development of economy and society, urbanization, resource-conserving, environment-friendly had different contributions to the development of modem agriculture in Hunan. Among them, resource-conserving, sustained development of economy and society were the most important factor for the development of modem agriculture in Hunan, while the development of environment-friendly subsystem was regressive.
