摘  要:某轻型汽车变速器在试验时轴承发生严重损坏,轴承保持架碎裂,内滚道出现间隔均匀的滚珠压痕,滚子严重点蚀。本文以该变速器一轴用轴承为研究对象,利用振动监测技术对该轴承损坏的机理进行分析研究,准确诊断出故障变速器轴承损坏的机理并提出应对措施,措施实施后变速器轴承运行良好。本文对变速器用轴承选型以及轴承故障诊断提供理论和方法指导。One bearing used in a light vehicle transmission come up a serious damage ,Its bearing cage smashed, inner ball raceway evenly impressed and roller severe shell off. In order to find the mechanism of its failure, we researched this damaged bearing using vibration technology in this paper, through monitored its vibration behavior in the test bench, based on theory analysis and considered vibration signal. Finally ,putting forward the corresponding improvement measures, and the result proves well. In this paper, it take a practical value for the transmission used bearing selection and guidance to bearing fault diagnosis
