摘　　要：行政系统方法是毛泽东邓小平行政管理思想的重要组成部分。由于他们的个性特征、所处时代以及面临的历史任务不同,观察、分析问题的角度有异,使得他们对行政系统方法的运用既一脉相承,又各有侧重,并呈现出不同的特点。学习和研究毛泽东邓小平的行政系统方法,对于我们的社会主义建设具有重要的价值和启示。Administrative system method is an important part of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping＇s administrative thought. Because their personalities, the times and the historical tasks are different and the perspective of observing and analyzing problems varies, they adopted the administrative system method from a continuous line as well as with different emphases and different characteristics. Study and research on the administrative system method of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping are valuable and have important enlightenments for our socialist construction.
