摘　　要：针对机车车辆螺旋弹簧的静应力测试,研究了测点布置位置,确定宜采用直角应变花进行应力测试;分析了弹簧垂向特性曲线不符合严格意义直线的原因并提出了相关建议;在疲劳试验中,研究了用其他试验方案等效相关标准规定的疲劳试验的方法.上述3个方面的研究,可以为验证和评定弹簧质量提供参考.According to the coil spring of locomotive and rolling stock,the arrangement position of measur- ing point is studied and determined by the strain rosette to test stress. The reasons of spring vertical curve nonconforming to the strict linear is analyzed and the related suggestions are put forward. Finally, the test scheme in fatigue test is analyzed and studied by equivalent test method. The above analysis and research provide reference for verification and evaluation of quality of the spring.
