摘　　要：在多元化的仡佬民族社会,仡佬族传统习惯法与国家制定法一道成为约束和限制人们行为的社会规范,两者之间发生冲突和碰撞不可避免。因此,仡佬民族地区必须通过行之有效的途径和方法实现国家制定法与仡佬族传统习惯法的协调契合,这对于推动仡佬民族地方基层民主政治建设,促进仡佬民族地方和谐社会的构建等都有着重要意义。In a wide range of Gelao ethnic society, the Gelao customary law and the national law both work as social norms to develop constraints and limitations of social behavior, so conflict and collision are inevitable. Therefore, Gelao national region must develop effective ways and means to achieve national coordination between the national law and Gelao customary law, which is significant for the promotion of the local democracy and the construction of the harmonious society.
