摘　　要：乔姆斯基提出的最简方案理论的基础是词库的存在,移位、合并是最简方案操作时必须遵循的方法。它们对于人类语言的研究具有非同凡响的作用,尤其在儿童语言习得和第二语言的学习方面起到指导作用。Chomsky proposed the theory of the minimalist program is based on the existence of the lexicon. Movement and merger is method that must be followed in the operation of the minimalist program. They have a remarkable role for the study of human language, especially, play a guiding role in children＇s language acquisi- tion and second language learning.
