摘　　要：法学专业实习作为法学实践的重要环节并未发挥其应有作用,这是由法律工作本身的性质、学校以及实习单位实习指导不到位等原因造成的。结合指导实习生的经验,以实习作业设计为线索,探讨了"目标——方案——实践——反思"为模式的实习质量控制体系的构建。Professional practice of law as an important aspect of legal practice is not playing its due role. This is caused by the nature of the legal work itself and the insufficient practice guidance given by schools and practice units. Combined with the guiding students ＇ experience, This paper takes the practice design as an clue, discusses the ＇Target-scheme-practice-reflection＇ model of the construction of quality control system of legal practice.
