高校图书馆特色专题数据库建设方略探析

摘　　要：目前,许多高校图书馆有效整合地方资源,建立了特色专题数据库。运城学院图书馆发挥地方资源优势,结合教学科研的实际需要,研发建设了具有独特信息价值的河东文化文献资源专题数据库。文章结合建库的实践,从专题数据库的建库价值和准确定位、信息采集科学可靠、框架结构的合理、功能及流程设计的完善、软件平台的成熟稳定、信息发布的全面准确与检索途径的丰富便捷、建库后的有效管理及时维护以及建库引发的思考等方面进行了综合深刻的探讨。Currently, a number of university libraries integrated local resources to establish characteristic special database. Yuncheng College Library took full advantage of local resources, and combined with the practical need of college teaching research to build the Hedong culture literature resources special database which has unique information values. This essay is based on the practical construction experience of the database to comprehensively explore the following aspects： the value of the database establishment, accurate positioning, the scientificity and reliability of information collection, the rationality of framework, the improvement of function and procedure design, the stability of software platform, the accuracy of information publication, the enrichment and convenience of search channels, the effective management of post-construction phase, timely maintenance and thoughts about construction work, etc.
