摘  要:某公司2台燃用福建无烟煤的75t/h循环流化床锅炉设计采用FW技术Γ型定向风帽,长期存在风帽磨损、风室漏渣等问题,分析其根源性原因并采取针对性措施;比较分析改造方案的优缺点,采用改进型蘑菇风帽替代Γ型定向风帽进行改造.运行结果表明:改造后布风均匀,多次停炉检查均未发现磨损、漏渣等现象,提高了风帽的使用寿命,减少了人员的劳动强度,降低了锅炉的维护费用,取得了较好的经济效益和环保效益.Two 75t/h Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler units which burns anthracite of Fujian Province,using Γ-type oriented blast cap of FW technology,suffered wear and slag leakage problem for a long time.Analyzing the merits and demerits of improvement plan,we investigated the root causes and thus took pertinent measure,replacing the Γ-type oriented blast cap with the improved mushroom-type.The actual operation shows that the wind is well distributed.The inspection also indicates that wear and slag leakage performance also get better performances,which extends the life expectancy of wind cap,reduces the workload,decreases the maintenance fee of the furnace and makes enormous economic and environment benefits.
