摘  要:发电厂厂用电动机的低电压保护接线正确与否,是机组安全运行的根本保证.以湖南某2×300 MW机组电厂1#机整组启动前进行发电机空载特性试验期间,手动降低发电机励磁电流时,现场运行的6kV电动机全部跳闸,电气试验因此中断的事故为例,通过对设计院和开关厂家安装图,以及现场6kV电动机开关的实际安装接线的比较分析,得出了事故发生的具体原因,并提出了相应的处理措施.In the thermal power plant,it is the fundamental guarantee for the safe operation of the generator that the wiring of the under voltage protection of the plant motors served for the generator.In this paper,the fact is introduced that the electrical experiments on the No.1 generator in a 2×300 MW thermal power plant in Hunan Province were interrupted because all of the plant motors of the generator tripped when the field current was decreased with manual operation during the no-load characteristic test to the generator before the unit will be launched.Through the comparative analysis of the installation drawings offered by the design institute and switch factory respectively,and the actual installation wiring in the plant,the exact cause of the accident is given,and the corresponding treatment is proposed too.
