舒郁汤对室上速射频消融术后抑郁状态的临床干预

摘　　要：目的观察舒郁汤治疗室上速射频消融术后抑郁状态的临床疗效,分析舒郁汤治疗上速射频消融术后抑郁状态的可能机制。方法将70例室上速射频消融术后无复发但出现抑郁状态的病人随机分为两组。对照组35例应用黛力新治疗,治疗组35例应用舒郁汤治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率与对照组总有效率差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论舒郁汤治疗室上速射频消融术后抑郁状态疗效肯定,且与西药黛力新相较副作用小,费用低、见效快、服用方便、且容易被患者接受。Objective To explore the clinical effect and used in treating the depressive state after radiofrequency the possible mechanism ot shuyu decoctlonwnen catheter ablation for spraventricular tachycardia. Methods 70 cases in depressive state after radiofrequency catheter ablation for spraventricular tachycardia were randomly divided into two groups. 35 cases in the contrast group were treated with deanxit, and 35 cases in the treatment group, were treated with shuyu decoction. Results The total effective rate in both groups showed no significant differences （ P 〈0 05）. Conclusion Shuyu decoction can be used to effectively treat the depressive state after radiofrequency catheter ablation for spraventricular tachycardia for its few side effects and low cost.
