临沂市糖尿病患者授权能力与服药依从性调查分析

摘　　要：目的初步了解临沂市糖尿病患者的授权能力与服药依从性现状,为糖尿病自我管理提供评价依据。方法采用便利抽样法对临沂市某三甲医院的83名糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,结果采用频率,单因素方差分析进行统计分析。结果①被调查糖尿病患者的授权水平平均得分为32.66±6.528;糖尿病患者疾病相关知识平均得分2.64±0.774;患者服药依从性平均得分为2.63±1.145;②糖尿病患者的授权水平、知识与服药依从性受多种人口学特征的影响,其中文化程度的影响最为显著。③糖尿病患者的授权能力与疾病相关知识、服药依从性相关。结论被调查糖尿病患者的授权水平总体较好,但因其受到多种因素的影响,所以在授权教育时应按照个性化的方式进行;加强糖尿病患者的授权能力培养,可以有效提高糖尿病患者的服药依从性。Objective To gain a preliminary understanding of empowerment, medication compliance of patients with diabetes in Linyi area, provide the basis for evaluating self-- management of diabetes. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 83 diabetic patients in a key hospital in Linyi City through the method of convenient sampling. The results are an- alyzed by the frequency and single factor variance anal- ysis. Results OThe empowerment level of diabetes pa-tients has scored an average of 32.66 ＋ 6. 528~ patients＇ diabetes--related knowledge scored an average of 2.64 -＋- 0. 774~ medication compliance of patients scored an average of 2.63 ! 1. 145. @Empowerment lev- el, knowledge and medication compliance of diabetes patients is influenced by various demographic charac- teristics, among which the level of education is the most significant one. QEmpowerment capabilities of patients with diabetes are related to diabetes--related knowledge and medication compliance. Conclusion The overall empowerment level of patients with diabetes is good. However, influence by many types of factors, a case--by--case way of empowerment education is preferred. To strengthen empowerment of pa- tients with diabetes can improve medication compliance of diabetes patients.
