摘 要:[目的]探讨健康教育对门诊婴幼儿静脉留置针留置效果的影响。[方法]将200例使用留置针的婴幼儿患儿随机分为对照组和试验组,试验组进行系统的健康教育干预,包括知情同意、口头宣教、发放健康教育卡、特殊年龄阶段的针对性健康教育等;对照组实行常规留置针护理方法。[结果]试验组留置时间为83h±12h,并发症发生率为34%。对照组留置时间为46h±10h,并发症发生率为64%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]系统的健康教育干预,有效地延长了婴幼儿静脉留置针留置时间,减少了并发症的发生,在门诊婴幼儿静脉留置针护理中起着重要的作用。Objective: To probe into influence of health education on in- dwelling effect of intravenous catheter for infants in outpatient depart- ment. Methods:A total of 200 cases of infants using intravenous catheter were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, the experimental group patients received the systematic health education intervention, including informed consent, oral missionary, handing out health education card and targeted health education for special age stage of in- fants, the routine nursing methods of intravenous catheter was carried out for control group patients. Results: In experimental group, the indwelling time was (83+ 12) hours, incidence of complications was 34o/00. In control group,indwelling time was (46+10) hours,incidence of complications was 64 %. There was statistically significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion : Systematic health education intervention effectively extended the indwelling time of infant intravenous catheter, reduced the complications, and it played an important role in infant intravenous catheter in outpatient service.
