摘　　要：[目的]总结抗甲状腺药物致粒细胞缺乏病人的护理。[方法]回顾性分析22例抗甲状腺药物致粒细胞缺乏病人的临床资料。[结果]21例病人治愈出院,1例死亡。[结论]加强抗甲状腺药物致粒细胞缺乏病人的护理可减少病人合并感染的发生,降低病死率,有利于病人度过危险期。Objective. To summarize nursing care of 22 cases of antithyroid drug - induced agranulocytosis patients. Methods： Retrospective analysis was carried out for 22 cases of antithyroid drug - induced agranulocytosis patients＇ clinical data. Results.21 patients were cured and discharged, 1 case died. Conclusion. Strengthening nursing care of antithyroid drug - induced agranulocytosis patients can reduce the incidence of complicated infection in them and reduce mortality, is conducive to the patient passing the critical stage.
