摘　　要：在促进中国特色社会主义文化大发展、大繁荣的时代背景下,网络文化已经成为高校文化建设不可或缺的重要部分,而网络流行用语更是犹如一股强劲的时尚潮流,在丰富校园文化的同时,不仅对校园传统文化和学生的成长成才产生了强烈的冲击,也对高校教育管理提出了新的挑战。因此,挖掘网络流行语的特点和优势,探索其对高校教育管理的影响和应对策略,成为新时期高校教育管理者面临的重要课题。Under the circumstance of the cultural development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and big prosperous era background,the network culture has become an important part of university culture construction.And network popular language is more like a strong fashion,and it enriches campus culture for the development of campus culture,which not only becomes the strong impact on the traditional campus culture and the growth of students,but also offers a new challenge to the college education administration.Therefore,how to make use of the advantages of network buzzwords,and the exploration of its influence on university education administration and coping strategies have become the important topic for the college administrator in the new period.
