摘　　要：从温室效应的概念及其危害出发,介绍了《联合国气候变化框架公约》和《京都议定书》的有关内容,以及清洁发展机制CDM项目类别和全球清洁发展机制(CDM)项目市场,阐述了清洁发展机制(CDM)项目在我国的发展概况、市场前景和存在的问题与风险。Starting from the concept of the greenhouse effect and its harm,this paper introduced the ＂United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change（UNFCCC）＂ and ＂Kyoto Protocol＂,as well as the clean development mechanism（CDM） project category and the clean development mechanism（CDM） projects in the market.This paper expounded the development situation of clean development mechanism（CDM） projects in China,the existing problems and market prospects and risks.
